  • Duration and itinerary: A full week of complete disconnection, exploring the westernmost and most unspoiled islands of the archipelago, including the El Hierro marine reserve.

  • Flexible planning: The ground team and crew assist at all times with port reservations and adapt the route according to weather conditions.

  • Payment method: 30% is paid upon booking, 40% one month before departure (non-refundable) and the remaining 30% is paid in cash or by card directly upon boarding the ship.

  • Cancellations: As this is a long-term logistics process, if the customer cancels less than 14 days in advance, they will lose the total amount paid.

The booking requires a 30% deposit upon confirmation, an additional 40% one month prior to departure (non-refundable), and the remaining 30%, along with the corresponding APA (Advance Travel Authorization), 48 hours before departure. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable. If the departure cannot take place due to weather or technical reasons, a new date or a full refund will be offered. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days.
