Note: Pick-up will be at the meeting point closest to your hotel. (Pick-up is not offered from Los Gigantes, Puerto Santiago, Callao Salvaje, Playa Paraíso, El Médano, Golf del Sur, and Costa del Silencio.)

Restrictions :

• Anyone wearing open-toed shoes (sandals), shorts, or short sleeves will be denied entry to the excursion. Appropriate attire is essential due to the low temperatures during the activity.
• Children under 8 years old are not allowed on this night excursion to Teide.
• Since the excursion includes the use of the Teide Cable Car, people with cardiovascular problems and pregnant women are not allowed due to the risk of health damage caused by the altitude.
• People with health problems should consult their doctor before starting this night hike to Mount Teide.
• According to current regulations, people with physical or motor disabilities are also not allowed to ascend by cable car, due to reasons related to evacuation risks.
• It is important to note that in the event that the facilities cease to function due to unexpected technical reasons, people at the upper station would have to descend on foot via steep mountain trails.
• No pets allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• In the event that weather conditions do not permit the operation of the cable car for the Sunset & Stars activity, the sunset can be enjoyed from the Chio viewpoint or from Los Roques de García, and the amount of €71.00 will be refunded to adults and €50.00 to children in the case of non-residents, and €49.50 to adults and €35.00 to children in the case of residents, corresponding to the round trip. If weather conditions prevent astronomical observation, €35.00 will be refunded per adult and €30.00 per child in the case of non-residents, and €24.50 per adult and €21.00 per child in the case of residents.

Accessibility:

• This activity is accessible to people with reduced mobility, provided that the degree of disability allows them to board the bus on their own.
• At some of the stops, the terrain may be uneven or have slopes, which may make the journey difficult.
• If you are bringing a wheelchair or other mobility aid, it must be foldable so that it can be placed in the bus's luggage compartment.
