On this excursion the coach will cross the majestic summit of Tenerife and the Teide National Park and then descend until we reach the picturesque city of Puerto de La Cruz.
Leaving the hotel zone behind, we will begin to ascend among Canarian pine forests until we reach the Teide National Park to discover the highest mountain in Spain at 3718 m: El Teide volcano. Here we will make a stop so you can contemplate one of the best geological shows in the world.
We will continue on the route to descend on the north face, where you will have the chance to look down from above and see an authentic sea of clouds at the foot of Teide, enjoying one of the most beautiful panoramic views of the island.
Then we will enter the beautiful and historic Valley of La Orotava, whose flora has been praised by personalities such as Humboldt and Agatha Christie. We will continue to the coast to reach Puerto de La Cruz, considered a National Tourist Site of Interest since 1955 due to its extensive history.
There you will have time on your own to visit the black sand beaches, see part of the legacy of the architect and artist César Manrique, such as El Lago Martiánez, or stroll through its historic centre along by the sea.
Finally, we will return to the starting points after having enjoyed a day full of contrasting landscapes.
