  • Security deposit: Requires a refundable deposit of €1,000 .

The booking requires a 30% deposit upon confirmation. An additional 40% is due one month prior to departure (non-refundable), and the remaining 30%, along with the applicable APA (Advance Travel Authorization), is due 48 hours before departure. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or vessel malfunctions, a new date or a full refund will be offered. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10 business days.
