McCash - 09/06/2022 -Our name was written on a paper sign stuck to the SHUT Office no 13 door with our correct arrival time noted on BUT NO ONE picked us up I rang the office number but no one understood English & my poco español didn’t help The gentleman in the next office kindly took us to other operatives holding up names in the arrivals hall but they weren’t interested Kindly the same gentleman rang your number & explained we were abandoned When your EXCELLENT driver arrived (almost an hour after we 1st landed @ office 13!) & 10 minutes after the kind gentleman rang you we received your usual excellent service We will still use you but I will prepare better with my habla español ????
